The Multi vendor Marketplace is built via several agreements between Vendors and MoobDAO , The vendors accept Moob tokens for payment for their goods and services. The vendors all will have concerns in the beginning. The main concern is how are they certain of the value of the MOOB Token? After a sale is completed, the price of moob could fall and therefore the merchant could lose value as it relates to the sale price. Naturally we have thought of this, and we have created a vendor price slippage pool that will guarantee vendor proceeds of sale. The Vendor Slippage pool (VSP) covers both increase and decrease in Moob value. When a sale is made the vendor will receive moob tokens and if the token value increases at the time of sale, then the increased value is automatically sent to this Slippage pool. When the opposite is true then the VSP will supply the vendor with additional value. This function (VSP) is managed and governed under one of many smart contracts of the DAO. The Benefits achieved:

Moob earns revenue (commissions) for providing customers to vendors upon the closure of each transaction(sale). These earnings are utilized as follows:
25% of commission earnings go to the VSP.
25% goes to promote sales (cash-back incentives to community members)
20% goes to the DAO mechanism that burns Moob tokens to reduce supply.

10% Marketing and maintenance team
For Moob transactions to take place seamlessly we have developed a proprietary point of sale system that is required for each vendor. The system will be sold for the average price of $4,000.00 per unit. The vendor will receive 100% financing via a lease agreement with a partnering bank. The Vendor typically will pay $100 per month for the system. As a result, Moob receives $4000. The main incentive that allows the system to be sold rapidly is to make the point-of-sale system free. Moob provides 100% Rebate to Vendor: Equivalent of their monthly cost (avg $100) payable in Moob Tokens. This allows The vendors to encash their tokens to fullfill their equipment lease obligation, the benefit for Moob is the vendor's increased confident in the Moob token and the benefit to Moob members.
Moob's Point of Sale Software System has been engineered by the Moob In-house software Development team, However, the Hardware suppliers are as Follows:
Samsung USA. https://www.samsung.com/us/business/. Samsung will be supplying our tablets.These tablets are a part of the point-of-sale system.
Magtek Inc. https://www.magtek.com/ Magtek will be supplying our card readers that will be able to process contactless and contact payment processing.
